Never offered this type of session before but its something i’ve been thinking about for a while now. I wont lie, this wont be easy and i’m not doing this for a social event. This is pre season training where my aim is to make you feel, play and think better.

Each Session will cost £10.00 and will be approx 90mins long, starting every Wednesday from May 21st at 19:00 for a 19:10 start. Please bring the following:

Trainers and Moulds
Water
Towel
