Last yea was a hugh success for the 5 weeks and delighted to announce we are going again. Cant wait to see you all.

This is pre season training where my aim is to make you feel, play and think better.

Each Session will cost £10.00 and will be approx 90mins long, starting every Thursday from May 21st at 19:00 for a 19:10 start. Please bring the following:

Trainers and Moulds
Water
Towel
